| Fan 50 Plus Jumper Instructions | ||
Jumper settings: The Fan 50 comes configured (fig. 1) to replace Suburban® # 232613 and Atwood® / HydroFlame® # 37857 circuit boards in their furnaces with fan control features and is easily configured to function in the original Dinosaur Fan Control mode (fig. 2) For 12 VDC Furnaces Only! *Note: Fan control boards should not be used in DuoTherm® 900 series furnaces that have the thermostat in the ground circuit. DuoTherm® furnaces can be rewired to move the thermostat from the ground side of the circuit to the positive side of the circuit so that the Fan control features of the Fan control or FAN 50 Plus board can be used. work with Suburban® and Atwood®/HydroFlame® furnaces with the fan control features. Notice the blue jumper block is on both pins of the mode select jumper. |
In fig. 2 the blue
jumper block is moved onto 1 of the mode select jumper pins. It is now configured to work like the original fan control boards designed by Dinosaur Electronics. |
